LPN launches the campaign “INFINITE SURPRISE” for BAAN 365 RAMA III with the best prices

LPN reveals that the COVID-19 crisis has not significantly impacted the purchasing power of high-end customers, indicating that the luxury home market can still thrive. After the first two quarters, sales and transfers of BAAN 365 RAMA III by LPN have met targets. The new campaign for BAAN 365 RAMA III, “INFINITE SURPRISE,” will launch on August 8, offering special deals to encourage purchasing decisions. The company is confident it will complete the first project as planned and is set to launch a new project in the heart of Muang Thong Thani early next year.

Mr. Opas Sripak, CEO and Managing Director of L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) stated that while the real estate market overall has been affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, the luxury residential segment has been less impacted, and the market remains viable. This is because the target group for luxury homes has not faced financial difficulties due to the economic slowdown and continues to show demand for purchases. However, they prefer projects located in prime areas, offering value, and designed to meet their living needs and personal tastes.

“For these reasons, the sales of townhomes and single-family homes in the BAAN 365 RAMA III project by LPN, which is a luxury project priced between 23-90 million baht, have been satisfactory in both sales and transfers, meeting the set targets. In the first quarter, sales reached 110 million baht, while the second quarter achieved 260 million baht against a target of 250 million baht, with transfers also meeting the planned goals,” Mr. Opas said.

For the second half of the year, if there is no second wave of COVID-19 that leads to an economic crisis, the company expects to achieve its annual sales target of 800 million baht for the BAAN 365 RAMA III project. To enhance value for customers interested in purchasing homes and townhomes in the project, the company has organized the latest campaign BAAN 365 RAMA III “INFINITE SURPRISE” on August 8, offering 8 ready-to-move-in units valued at 400 million baht with special offers and discounts of up to 8 million baht for those interested in purchasing the project from August 1-31, 2020. This event will take place at the project’s sales office throughout August.

Additionally, earlier this year, BAAN 365 RAMA III by LPN held a Co-Brand event with VICKTEERUT and BMW to launch a new collection for the Spring & Summer 2020 season, reflecting the identity of the concept “Livable Simple Luxury House” in both design and carefully selected materials, allowing for a true sense of value. This collaboration aligns the target audience of all three luxury brands, enhancing the recognition of the BAAN 365 brand.

Mr. Opas further stated that the BAAN 365 RAMA III by LPN  project has an estimated project value of 3.2 billion baht and is the company’s first luxury residential project. After approximately two years of operation, sales have reached about 70%, totaling 2.2 billion baht. The project is designed under the concept of Livable Simple Luxury House, emphasizing simplicity while being meticulous in every detail, located in a prime area in the Rama 3 district, close to shopping malls, and providing quick access to the business districts of Silom, Sathorn, and Sukhumvit, as well as being near Bang Kachao, a large ozone area in Bangkok.

BAAN 365 RAMA III by LPN   comprises 41 three-story single-family homes starting at 44 million baht on land sizes of 56-100 square wah, divided into three styles:

  • The Garden Villa with a usable area of 340 square meters, emphasizing green spaces around the home. The Pool Villa with a usable area of 490 square meters, suitable for those desiring a private pool, including a bedroom for the elderly on the ground floor, designed to accommodate residents of all generations.

  • The Pavilion Villa with a usable area of 490 square meters, situated on a special plot with a large area and private pool, with every unit featuring an internal elevator for residents' convenience.

  • Four-and-a-half-story townhomes with 58 units starting at 23 million baht on land sizes of 26 square wah, with usable areas of 310-320 square meters, perfectly meeting the needs of residents by alternating the layout of each unit for privacy.

Additionally, the project features a clubhouse with outstanding architectural landscaping reflecting Thai identity through ceramic materials, blending Functionalism suitable for all lifestyles, both Slow Life and Fast Move, surrounded by green spaces and rare natural ozone.

Moreover, the community management after sales under the concept of “a livable community” takes care of customers at all levels throughout their residency, with over 31 years of experience and expertise in community management, which adds value to both the product (Product Value) and service (Service Value) in every project, ensuring customers feel confident and secure living in every project managed by the company, especially during abnormal situations like the COVID-19 pandemic, where the company has intensified its care for residents and effectively controlled the outbreak within the project, ensuring every family lives safely.

“From the success of developing the BAAN 365 RAMA III project by LPN, which is the company’s first luxury home project expected to sell out within 2.5 years, whereas projects at this price level typically take 3-5 years to complete, the company is confident in its development direction and plans to launch the next BAAN 365 project around early 2021 in the Chaeng Watthana area, Muang Thong Thani, to expand its high-end customer base,” Mr. Opas concluded.
